if i had to guess id say its some type of vine like virginia creeper or somethin. grab one and pull it out of the ground.... with gloves if you prefer.

Need more photos , side shots, etc. can't tell the leaf arrangement on the stem, whether it is a vine or small seedling, etc.

It doesn't look like the Virginia Creeper around here, but maybe it changed some as it crept all the way up there from Virginia.

upper left, lower left and upper right = Virginia Creeper, upper middle looks kinda like a wild grape leaf. Front and center bottom, I don't know, but I do know if it is the same thing we have around here that looks like that, it is real fragrant,almost pungent when its broken.
