Have a friend that picked up 10 #4 s with split jaw posts any idea on the value if in good condition? Also ate factory offset on 3 new houses common? He has several of those to

Your split posts are worth 20-100$ depending on how nice of a collector trap they are.
The factory offsets are better, stamping on the bases or the jaws add to the value too.
