I was pulling traps off a job this morning and before I left the client showed me 2 iris plants that looked like someone cut down with shears an inch or less above the ground . Whatever it was it got the dogs going and may or may not have bitten the beagle.

Never seen anything that would try to eat on them, outside of insects anyways.

Well at least it's only plants. When I read the name of your post, I thought you had cataract surgery.

I thought someone had a trap fire off into someone's eye or got speared by a blue heron. Paul I guess us older guys take things too literally.

2 plants cut down but the leaves were still there which is what intrigues me. I think the dogs did run whatever it was off. Just seemed odd that it would cut down two plants with no sign of feeding on any of the downed leaves.

Client hasnt called back saying there was a repeat incident.
