shorthair OP trapper S Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 1,606 Maine	Curious what other services you offer on top of Animal Damage Control/Removal and Exclusion? Road kill removal? Pet collection/burial? Thanks "My biggest worry is that my wife (when I'm dead) will sell my traps for what I said I paid for them."

Road kill's come in but when asked the method of payment they'll be using normally ends the phone call. Also include my remodeling business with it as well. bjansma trapper B Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 95 Florida	Animal Damage Repair Jim Pace explained it to me that our insurance covers "animal removal and animal damage repair". Technically, we are rated as veterinary workers and pay like 2.7 per hundred for our workers comp. An insurance restoration company that is doing the same work we are is labeled construction and (at least in IL) is paying 15 per hundred. We have a great competitive advantage. Bob Jansma

TDHP trapper Joined: Oct 2014 Posts: 2,050 Mass	Shorthair, don't sell yourself short just because other guys don't offer in depth repair services doesn't mean you have to follow suit. If you have the appropriate insurance, licensing / permits, tools and knowledge I'd incorporate it into your services. Long story short, Had a skunk job that turned into a complete garage remodel. After trapping the skunk and a conversation with the homeowner, he had mentioned they were looking to remodel their garage so I told him I would be more than happy to give him a price. Gave him my business card, called me back a couple weeks later, went over to discuss logistics and got the gig. I've done many odds and end jobs for clients that in return got me more adc and repair jobs. That is if you have an interest in such matters. Throw Back trapper T Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 188 California	If I'm there I will trim trees back,from a house and do gutters if they want, maybe blow a roof off. I have one women I help her around her propert and it puts gas,in My truck and I maintain the,gophers and moles. But I won't take anymore like that just because it could easily become,me. I refer it out now.
