How do you guys do bird work on signs? What materials and techniques do you use? What are your typical billing charges?

I can do birds in houses but birds in signs is new and looks to be like it could be lucrative if I can figure out how to do it?

Looks like a complete translucent 3/4" stealth net installation from corner to corner top to bottom.

If you put a stealth net over the sign, how do they change the sign lamps without destroying your installation of the net? Should you suggest the sign lamps be changed before the net?

Can use zippers above so they can access them...also depending on the sign set up...one can install netting behind the actual signs and use shock track on the actual signs as well as putting clear plexiglass cut to fit on the insides of the enclosed openings of letters....options available depend on what one is dealing with

Really comes down to many factors including the client, expectations for the "look" and costs.

You can make accessibility with a multitude of products including netting and flex track.

I've seen stores out here where literally someone stretched a net over the sign it is obvious and yet someone paid for it to be
done.

Not something I would do in terms of the logo itself, the framing the sign is mounted on that the bird is on could be excluded
with net or plexi the more custom the more cost of course but the better it looks depending on the client you might find yourself
doing all of their stores in your area or region.

Zippers, clips and other accessibility can be built into any net to allow access, these usually look best when done with a variety of
the available tools imho...
