What drives the difference in price for echinacea varieties? Is a coneflower a coneflower by any other color? Do pallida and angustifolia have stronger medicinal quality?

Angustifolia roots are more potent. The other kind of snake root grows further east a few hundred miles from me. All we have is Angustifolia in the Hays Kansas Area. I believe the Virginia Snake Root is so valuable because it doesn't grow back well like the Angustifolia does.

Have you sold any? If so where, thought about digging some but my old buyer died several years ago, not sure what the going price is anymore. I'm in the russell area. Thanks.

Have been told there is a buyer for snakeroot in Hoisington on the south side of town, south of the railroad tracks. Not sure what he is paying.
