What level filter do you guys use when working in attics and crawl spaces. Is raccoon/squirrel/skunk waste considered "low toxicity"?

Raccoon waste is nothing to sneeze at. Here's a link to a PDF from the CDC about raccoon latrine cleanup: http://www.cdc.gov/parasites/baylisascaris/resources/raccoonlatrines.pdf
Skunk and squirrel waste can also be a source of disease.

always use the best filter possible smallest holes are the best

$20.00 trap, a $1.00 stake, probably $1.00 in pan cover, bait, urine, and lure, Not to mention gas etc. All for a $10.00 coyote.Priceless!!!!!
