Important qualifications for me are attention to detail and time management. I don't want to micro manage someone nor do i want to return to a bat job 6 months later to find missed gaps. To make that salary I expect a lot out of someone but they will be treated like family. I tried calling you today to talk about the magnets I received from you, so thanks. They are nice and useful.
