My buddy from north carolina showed me this last week and it is the bomb!
Take bite size chunks of deer meat.
Get yourself some of those already sliced jalepenos in a jar
Bacon
Italian dressing. I like the zesty
Toothpicks

Take a slice of pepper, half a piece of bacon and a chunk of meat. Wrap the pepper and meat inside the bacon and pin it together with a toothpick.
Then marinate the popper in the Italian dressing for 3 or 4 hours.
Fire up the grill. Charcoal works much better but gas will work.
Cook on a medium low heat to your liking. but be careful not to overcook. Use some of your favorite deer seasonings on them wile cooking if you like but not nesecary.

Watch your fingers, someone might take one off.

Great idea. I tried it after reading the post, except I used fresh peppers and a dab of cream cheese! Delicious!

Instead of using toothpicks, use raw spegetti noodles, they poke through good and they cook soft. If you didn't know the noodle was there you would never taste it. You don't have to remove a half burned toothpick before you eat
