I've been successfully using the collarum for suburban coyote issues, but just got a call about a fox taking chickens in a neighborhood situation, lot just big enough to have a few birds for the eggs. My collarums are the coyote model and if I understand correctly the fox model basically just has slightly smaller throw arms. I'd prefer to use the collarum given how great a tool they've been on coyotes for me. I'd say footholds are out, but I do have some large cages that could work if need be.

Has anyone successfully used coyote model collarums on reds?

Could I just pull the cable to a smaller loop on my setup of the trap?

I caught this skunk in the coyote model, and jersey boys are catching fox in the coyote model. just have to reposition the cable for fox. and on coon and I guess at least this one skunk I went to a different cable and lock system. this pic I was after grey fox and coon LOL
