i call these kind of things trapping trinkets and also cuties,,the bullet pencils are very hard to find,,,

thanks Nancy,,,the rogers is the older,,,probally 20-30's,,,i am not sure when clagg started in fort dodge,,but that address would be downtown fort dodge in the 50's so i am thinking 30-40's,,,,i have wm. clagg stuff back into the teens when he was in le mars iowa,,competeing with strange bros, out of sioux city,,,i sold to clagg hide and fur in the 50's in fort dodge iowa but the owner at that time was Ralph Rumbaugh,,,son of w. r. rumbaugh,,,ralph bought the business from Bob Clagg who i think was wm. claggs son,,all guess work on the transaction but it was after world war 2 when about the time wayne rumbaugh sr started up spirit lake hide in fur,,,i have some better notes somewhere when i find them i will correct any errors in this trivia post
