Mont, I have put most of my traps in storage so right now I can't get at most of them. My wife and I took photos of most of our traps and then put them away. Steve, I don't know much about the Windsor traps as to how many were produced or for how many years. The only information I have is what is in Gerstel's book that says they were offered for sale in size 3 and soon added sizes 1,2,5,7 and a few 9's, The business shut down in the mid 1920's and was formally dissolved in 1927. Greg

That is a hard set to assemble Greg, especially the #9. Don't know for sure, but I have been told that they made all but the 9 at the Canadian plant. If that is the case then the #7 Windsor would be the biggest made up there. Three different American made #9s. The first model with the big #3 on it and having Thingstad's name on it as well as Nelson's and Boode's. I had that 1st model #9 with the #3 pan with all three of their names on it and it was a neat trap with serrated jaws and pinned jaw posts. There is a slick pan #9 and the regular stamped pan to make up the three American made #9s.
A neat series of traps and especially when you see them all together. Thanks for posting Greg.

Nelson Boode, with their Trailzend series. That is unless Cascade's collection is just incomplete?

What did they attempt to trap with a No 9 anyway? Too big for a dirt hole set and I doubt I could get it inside a muskrat house.
