My wife and I took photos of most of our traps and then put them away. Steve, I don't know much about the Windsor traps as to how many were produced or for how many years. The only information I have is what is in Gerstel's book that says they were offered for sale in size 3 and soon added sizes 1,2,5,7 and a few 9's, The business shut down in the mid 1920's and was formally dissolved in 1927. Don't know for sure, but I have been told that they made all but the 9 at the Canadian plant. If that is the case then the #7 Windsor would be the biggest made up there. Three different American made #9s. The first model with the big #3 on it and having Thingstad's name on it as well as Nelson's and Boode's. I had that 1st model #9 with the #3 pan with all three of their names on it and it was a neat trap with serrated jaws and pinned jaw posts. There is a slick pan #9 and the regular stamped pan to make up the three American made #9s. A neat series of traps and especially when you see them all together. Thanks for posting Greg.
