I would love to know the answer to that question. By the time I found out from the eight of us how many they have out, how many are
in their trucks, how many are in everyone's garages, the number would change and I still wouldn't have an accurate count. I'm going
to try to find as much paperwork as I can and at least get an estimate. More than one hundred raccoon style cages, more than two
hundred squirrel style, and more than one hundred skunk & woodchuck style cages would be a good guess. The funny thing is; the new
guy may set only one or two while old geezers like me may set five or six, if warranted. ( I would absolutely love to listen to some
of the stories that our old cages could tell. Especially the first ones that I bought used. )

Yep, we sure do. And it was a 32inch Wickenkamp which I bought for 15 bucks along with a couple dozen of its friends. Probably one of
the best raccoon traps in our arsenal. Are there drawbacks?, you bet. It's a gravity door. You can't set a gravity door every place
that you can set a spring-loaded cage. When it comes to catching raccoons on the ground, I will put my Wickenkamps against anything
you've got. Just like I would my Comstocks against any two-door. Not saying I know what's best for everyone, just saying I know
what's best for me. After all, I was taught by the absolute best in the business, Noah! ( His giraffe cages were out of sight )

Throw Back, it's only impressive when I write it down. In real life, when I'm looking for one of our many squirrel cages and I can't find a single one because they're all gone, it's not impressive at all. that's even more impressive Paul.

11 coon size and 11 skunk/squirrel size. 2 enclosed skunk cages as well. One is the infrared triggering trap the other is one I made out of 6" water pipe. Made it with a guillotine door and solid end.

I have no idea how many. I know that's a bad answer but it's an honest one.
it is not a stupid question if you do not know the answer

I just went through them all. 376 footholds. 178 longs. 8 dozen dps. Thousands of snares. Can never have to many. I guess that's why I'm single lol. using all that on ADC? What kind of work?

how many traps do you own? That's a very good question and reminded me I should probably do an inventory. I've tried to set myself up with equipment to trap whatever comes along. I have traps for anything from mice to beaver and coyote. Snap traps, cages, footholds, body grips, DP's and tube traps. Cages, tubes and body grips get the most use for me but it depends on the specie. I'd hate to trap beaver without footholds. It's not a numbers game. It's a matter of having what you need when you need it.
