In an old dump site. Been hanging on the wall ever since. Oddly enough the spring is super strong for an old bugger. All I can read on the pan is No 1. thanks

Talk about a rich PATINA! I would say its a pat date Newhouse or maybe a Hawley Norton. And I'll bet you put the chain on it. Will probably still outperform a new trap.

Digger, yep, I added an old chain that had no home at the time as the trap didn't have one. Looked better hangin on the wall with it. Thanks for the info,
