I believe that if your business is insured it would have a up to a $1000.00 payout to cover such things. Check with your insurance company.

Sorry lads , 6 hrs ahead of you over here,i have been a bit busy,
Follow up on dog bite, went today to do Flea job, customer could not be more apologetic , she said they were insured if i wanted to do anything about it, but i am not going to bother.
I won the contract for the pestcontrol on the hotel, so it may have been worth it in the end, as long as the dog is out of the way in future .
Had a realy busy day today, i did a timber treatment, the famous flea job, a mole job on a school playing field, a norway rat job in a roof space and seven of the jobs that Paul doesnt like me talking about. I still have to go and sort some rabbits out yet with the dog and lamp so it is going to be a late one again.

Brian, I've never been to England but you might just change my mind. ( The Mother-Country and all ) Not only have I entertained some

of your countrymen on a visit, but one of my friends from high school moved to the London area and as far as I know, is still there.

My dog had a confrontation with a Lab and I offered and paid the bill for their Vet. ($1,200.00 ) I don't believe she started it, but she finished it. I wouldn't have sued, but they would pay my med bill if any balance. Every owner should be held accountable. Just like if your kid broke the neighbors window.
