this is noodle root.........and no it's not pot....lol.

this plant loves to grow in clear areas of the timber...in fact some of the best places to find it is along roads that cut thru the timber.

it doesn't grow to deep and its pretty easy to dig..the root resembles Chinese noodles .
just wash and dry and store in paper bags


as you can see the root looks like a noodle
