Its made with mint leaves and has no nicotene in it. Just a replacment to have in your lip while getting off the real stuff.

Yeah Barrington has a good point.

Send to me every day what you would have spent. I will hold onto it and keep it safe.

I didn't know YOU were a big name trapper. As for the people you speak of, I'm thinking they aren't on here because of you.

I chewed for 15 years went to bed 15 nights ago and told myself I am done chewing. Have not had a chew since. Chewing could be the hardest habbit to quit. After day five your body is thanking you I have never felt so good in 15 years!!!! But I still miss chewing, Made it this long not ever going to take another dip. Good luck to all it is hard but the hardest part is to commit.

Yep, going good here. I think it was 3 weeks yesterday since I quit. Physically feel great, still get the mental urge here and there. Actually had a dream last night hwere I gave in. I woke up and was mad at myself, but then quickly realized it was a dream. Man for that stuff to show up in your dream, it is powerful.

I dream about it at least 3 nights a week. This Friday will make it a month with out it. First time in 16 years, I still miss it every day, but there's no turning back.

I am still good and yes the money is going in my dresser drawer every day. Over the nicotine part but still think about it all the time.

One month yesterday for me.....it's done, but I still miss it most days. Cope was always the best treatment for stress for me, I haven't found a good replacement yet.

Mornin Steve, congrats on 22 years, I'd say you got it whooped lol. I ain't real big into sweets either. I ain't had a cavity in my life, and I don't intend to start after I give up chewing lol. I just need to learn to deal with stress without having to have a crutch like nicotine.

Outlaw, do you run at all? I don't mean to the crapper either. Go for a 20 minute run and you'll feel good all day!
