my suggestion would be more traps
two toughest squirrel jobs I have done were at a peanut butter factory and a candy factory

LOL, Gotta love those tree rats! I would try going in right at closing and setting the traps right where the food source is, and using what it is for bait. You will of course have to go in right at opening time to pull traps so as not to freek out the customers. Might consider removing all the stock at that point to replace in the am.
