I just saw an ad on TV for Mint-X raccoon repelling trash bags. Are you kidding me? The only thing that repels coons is lead poisoning.

Seen that ad myself. The only thing I could think of at least the trash you have to pick up will at least be minty fresh.

Here's your big chance, Salys. Create a garbage bag that looks and smells like a coonhound. You will make a fortune.

Paul I ran into a few over the years that would kick the [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot] out of those bags and the can they were in just for general principle.

Nothing like squalling to a treed coon and have it come roaring down scrapping for a fight.

Hey, Dave, how much lead paint does a raccoon have to eat to die of lead poisoning? We see lots of criminals on death row who must've eaten lead paint by the pound, cuz their IQ is about 75...

Yay! Another consumer product to solve wildlife problems! It'll be on the shelf next to the poison peanuts for moles and bobcat urine...

Warrior, I see by your reply you have been coon hunting with hounds before. I had tree dogs for twentysix years and I don't think, outside of my family,I ever enjoyed anything more.

So maybe they should expand their business to add mint to Tyvek house wrap to make new houses critter proof? Either that or mothball odor. That should work.
