And this will make the air cleaner right?
LMBO- the EPA is one of the greatest examples of the tail wagging the dog yet.

Wow. Been there a few times. Had family that lived in Lander.

What exactly are the implications of the decision?

It sounds like if he hires a Native he gets a tax break.

This is key:"Wyoming believes that the tribesí proposed exterior boundaries of the Wind River Indian Reservation are inaccurate. The boundaries, as proposed, include lands which were ceded by the tribes by congressional act in 1905 and not restored to the tribes by subsequent acts of Congress."

This will go to court, the EPA has absolutely no authority to do this. They figured out a way to give them more tax dollars on top of whatever other federal dollars they are already getting.More wealth redistribution.Progressives hate the US,they see it as an "imperialistic" country and are seeking to right what they see as "past evils"...

This will be overturned. The EPA doesn't get to make decisions about Rez boundaries, congress does.

But if it doesn't, I can't wait to see Riverton turn into a beautiful town like the ones that are already on the Rez. Even Walmart will probably go out of business.

It is the tribe that forced the issue and EPA, Dept. of Interior and Dept. of Justice reviewed the claim and apparently came to the conclusion that the tribe was probably right in their assertion. It sounds more like this is the tribe "taking" what they think is theirs under the law. None of the agencies listed can "give" land away.
