that is if it counts lol i never dug one bigger the 4 prong before ! so i see this plant with 5 prongs and next to it is another well it turns out thay are on the same root . So is it a 10 prong ? In my eyes it is ! The plant was 36yrs old and the root is 5.5 oz wet .
So tell me dose it count ?

nope it really isn't a 10 prong plant Personally, I call it a double 5 prong plant. I have dug hundreds of plants that had 2 and 3 and 4 stalks coming from the same root. A fella I was seng hunting with one day, dug a root that had 12 tops coming off the same root. Ain't never seeb nothing like it before or after that plant/

wow don i never seen more then 2 on a plant and i only see it on really rocky hills i was thinking rocks knocked off the tops but not sure
And i dug a bunch of nice bloodroot for you yesterday as well

Boon I sent you a pm. that 12 top plant is the only one I have ever seen like it. The root only weighed 3 ounces and it looked like a walnut had been buried. My buddy called me all the way across the woods to get me to come see the tops.
