I was wondering if anyone uses these traps? I currently have some briarpatch guillotine traps and like them. I may have a chance to buy some Schroeder traps soon and was wondering what you guys thought of them. Thanks for any input.

What does it look like? I have over 60 box traps that I've acquired the last few yrs but don't know who makes them.

These are typical Schroeder styles
ring lock swing out door

Roll in drop door

Guillotine style straight drop door

all are dipped in black coating
most have a bait door
All are heavy duty.

Yep, that's it. I have the top one, very good trap. Mine are 48" long and kind of cumbersome to drag through the hills to make cat sets, but they do work good.

I have a half dozen of his traps, all work great. Caught my first red Fox in one last season. Definitely worth the money and he is a great guy to do business with.
