Has anyone had luck with a Spring Hole Set in standing water? It seems all I have read about it has running water.

Any other water sets that will work for fox? I will be trapping some public land this year and only water sets are allowed. The only running water is seasonal.

I have never done it but from what I've read you don't need running water. I think it works best if there is limited water in the area or if right on a travel way.

Grizz, I have caught both reds and yotes in shallow water mink cubbies. More than a few.
