Anybody here make it? It is something i have given a little thinking to. It is hard to find in any stores.

Just maple here. Not enough birch to mess with. If memory serves me right i think its like 100 gallons of sap / gallon syrup. Which probally would make it really expensive.

I've not made it but tried it a few times. Not as sweet, it has it's own taste. If I remember write the sap/gallon ratio is way up there.
