These are evrywhere in the woods I squirrel hunt and im just curious what they are amd if.they are of any use?

It's difficult to be sure from the photo, but it looks like a Destroying Angel. If so, it's deadly. There are several mushrooms that look like somewhat like it. To be sure I'd need to see the underside of the cap, the base of the stalk where it meets the ground, and a spore print.

Well, I don't see the little ring under the cap that I would expect in a Destroying Angel, so I don't think that's it. Honestly, there are many different white mushrooms that grow in the woods. A few are edible. Several are deadly. I would not eat any of them unless the identity was confirmed by an expert, and not from photos. I recommend sticking with the 'foolproof four': morels, puffballs, shaggy mane, and sulfur shelf. Get a good mushroom book and you might add chanterelles, and oyster mushrooms to that list. Beyond that, try to find a local mushroom club to join. There is no substitute for learning first-hand from experts in the field.
