Good question. The recipe must be your own. However, if you use someone else's recipe but have adapted it to make it your own, you can submit your version of the recipe.

I wish I could say it was going to be a surprise, but we did let Jim in on it as we made plans for the sweepstakes. He did mention something about screening the winner before we announce it though...

If you won, do you think you'd both make it back on the boat at the end of the day?

You can enter as many recipes as you'd like. Each recipe gets you one entry into the sweepstakes. The winner will be drawn randomly so every time you enter a recipe, your odds of winning increase.

If you enter through our Facebook page, there is also an option to share the sweepstakes with your friends, which will also increase your odds of winning. You get two extra entries for every person you get to sign up for the contest.

The winner will be picked randomly from the entries, no judging necessary. We're hoping to be able to put together a cookbook from the best recipes we receive though. And then hopefully many people will cook the recipes and try them out!
