The NTA Trapperman Feed is coming up on FRIDAY, AUG 3rd and it’s time to get organized!

The Feed will take place outside the Steele County Community Center building in the northwest area of the fairgrounds. We rented the center to use their kitchen and serving tables, and to dive inside in the event of foul weather. Here is a link to a map of the fairgrounds, but it has horribly low resolution:

South Elm Avenue runs through the fairgrounds next to the big oval track. The Community Center is one of the small buildings on the west side of that road, near the top of the map. We will set up around the building and in its parking lot.

I will post the Master List here and update it as we get commitments from everybody. Please post if you can bring food, beverages, etc and/or if you can help us in labor camp with cooking, serving or cleanup for the Feed on Friday.

Please do me a favor – when you post or PM that you can bring something, try to mention an approximate amount or number. That will help a lot with our planning.

I will be bringing two propane cookers one tall pot, one short for frying. Might be able to do 3 depending on what vehical I bring. I will bring a case of brats which is about 60 I believe. I had a poor fall duck hunting so probably won't be bringing any of that. I will dig in the freezer before the 3rd and see what I have to add in though. My my wife and son Jesse will be with so you can put us down for labor camp again.

Kinda funny isn't seen as them MN folks don't like NRs much. I know it's not any of them here on T-man. But they do have just enought folks over there that don't like us to make a WI boy squeemish about even crossing the big ditch. LOL! I got friends there in that strange land so I'll help out.

Cindy, I know there is one in Rochester. There is a good possibility I will come back to Rochester every night. If you need something just let me know.

I just like there brownie flats and since time is essence for me at these events it works well, grab the stuff at Sam's as it gets close ya know. How far is that from Owatonna? I figure there has to be one relatively close, lol
