No posts in almost a month,20 unanswered posts. Is anyone digging root this summer?I have lots of questions on put up.Sang has bin covered fairly good but the lesser roots, put up info. has been vague. We need more posts like"How I dig and put up colosh"or "best way to dig bloodroot" I'm afraid if we don;t use this forum we may lose it.I guess what I'm saying is that we need to get into the"nuts&bolts"of digging roots.

I'd hate to see this forum lost. I check it very often and bought seeds from a couple guys here, but I don't know enough about roots etc to post often. I love the info the other guys pass along though.

Please, let's keep it going!

There is more to Wildcrafting then just root digging.
Just never evolved in that direction it seems.
Mushrooming
Wild Fruits and Berry picking.
Carving , ect . ect.

In fact Raspberries are just comeing on , and Mullberries are getting close.
Blackberries wont be long , thinking maybe a wine this year, never tried it.
Has anyone ever made Mullberry wine? easy to get a bucket full of them.
Spread a sheet and shake a limb.

you are 100% correct. i have no personal experince in making wines,,,,,,,,but i have made jellies out of all kinds of wild berries,,,,,,and i do consume alot of wild edibles as well.

the list of everything edible would be quite time consuming,,,,but i had considerd contributing pictorals about wild edibles until my camera took a dump on me.
