What is a all around good dye?

I try to trap everything on land and water. I use snares, coils, coni's, and long springs.

Im looking to get just one type of dye and figured their are a few pro's on here that use only one type of dye for everything. this is my first time running 100 plus trap line so looking for lil bit of help.

Thanks

The red looking logwood powder dye is a fine choice for all your traps. I'd not use it on the snares, as you don't want to boil the cables (boiling makes them stiffer and prone to corrosion). I recommend Formula 1 if you are doing hundreds of snares or a light coat of camo spray paint if you just have a few dozen to do (due to the higher cost of the spray paint in large quantities).
