Grizzly skull from a predator control area

anyone have a nice grizz skull that hasnt been boiled all the teeth and nose cartiledge in clean or uncleaned they want to sell from a predator control area

Would love to but don't think I can sell grizz skulls that I shot in AK.
sorry How about those taken in the new predator control areas. You can sell the skins from ones in those areas I think, or does that just apply to black bears?

You can sell parts including (sealed) skulls and untanned hides with claws attached from predator control areas (with a permit). You can sell fur made into handicrafts from non control areas. See pg 17 in the regs

I don't know what the regs are in AK, but I know it's illegal to buy or sell bear skulls in WA. See WAC 232-12-071 section 2c: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=232-12-071If you are visiting another state and buy a bear skull you can bring it back to WA, but you need to report the importation to F&W. Crazy regs!

I know in the previous bear control area we could sell the grizz skull. I had one and it had a seal that said "legal to sell" on it.

Oh...predator control areas. Why not ask for skulls from there then. As for "gifting", true...but a very grey area I for one don't tread in...often.  and you originally didn't ask for a "gift". We should have known Dirt would have that info. The man was an "employee" on the cheap for the "good ol boys" club.

One question before you slam the door Dirt!!! Was that skull boiled or
was it cleaned by maceration? Look's like a black bear skull I just
pulled out of a bucket of water after about a 2 month soak.

Spek, I hope you had your gas mask on when you did that. I did three black bear skulls one time and the smell stuck to my nose hairs for a week.
