Barb is having some real minor shoulder surgery today. She'll be on the fleshing beam for an hour or so. I hope they do a real good job. I'll be at the Bush Company most of the day.

Paul suggested I get her a new, lightweight ax as a gift when she regains consciousness. He's sure got a way with women !

White- Ya best get lookin for that Axe, hard to slow down a rebuilt woman with a new Axe :-) Get well and Heal fast the both of Ya. Paul sure does know his stuff.

My late gramps told me a story it go's like this. He was driving his truck through town and this woman is outside chopping wood in -55 below with a old busted up axe. So gramps ended up running into her significant other a few weeks later. Gramps told him the [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot] you doing letting her chop wood with that busted up ole axe? Gramps in a roundbout way trying to tell him to chop it. Guy sulks for a bit head down- "Don your right i'll jus buy her a new axe for christmas!"

Did she bung her shoulder carrying you around, or rust it out from all the nurses sympathy tears on her shoulder? (after they had to put up with you for a couple months. wink ).
I'd be careful giving her a new ax. Never know what she might be inclined to chop! Too late in the season for a snow shovel. Maybe a new Benelli featherweight auto. You could probably break it in on pheasants for her, being a kind, considerate husband and all.
