I'm pretty sure he told me he was taught how to pleat the tails.

I do it for otter as well.

I recommend not to pleat the otter tails, pin the tail wide but no pleats.

SnoStorm - did you get much snow yesterday?
We got a few flakes here but the TV is telling me Southern Manitoba got quite a bit... she looks like a real outdoorsman (not) so how much is quite a bit?

About 8 inches or more. Snow removal is gonna take till the end of the week to remove all the snow.
