Baked catfish fillets with shrimp stuffing and a creamed shrimp shell reduction sauce, with Irish mussells sauted in a butter and white wine sauce....

Sounds great Benny, how many grams of saturated fat? If you got recipe send to me by PM, i could work with it with olive oil or canola and reduce it some...Ive been sucessfull in reworking recipes and still have them taste good since i had stents put in....LOL......still got all your GUMBO recipes, in fact got to take some ducks out of freezer and reduce them to gumbo ect...

Actually not much sat fat in that, I used olive oil in most of it, the cream and butter are not good but so little in overall dish its worth it.

If you want sat fat that will kill you with a smile, have a look at this little recipe page I put together.

Thanks man, I'm building a cookbook at the momment of my favorite stuff to cook and taking pics of the dishes to put in the book. I love this project. Gonna self publish just for the fun of it. (it's gotten dang cheap these days)

try breading catfish in krustez bakenfry and fry your catfish dont forget to season your breading dip it in a good home made fry sauce
