What I am still wondering is about the use of vodka as a mold inhibitor? (or any high proof grain alcohols) Now not so much in regards to using it in the egg blend but in general?
Eggs are one of the most difficult of materials to work up to a state of paste like mayonaise consistency unless you have some experimentation under your belt.
Well, I've been formulating all sorts of concoctions for quite a few years. Funny what you can stumble upon with much trial and error! lol

This is my first attempt at working with eggs though. This batch is very mild but has a great consistency. Even better when blended with glycerine. (tested some in a squirt bottle) I have several ideas for it's use as a base.
Lure and bait making is an endless challenge that is full of trial and error. However the rewards and fruitful experiences are many at the end of the line.
