Country ,have you ever fished in Reed Lake ? I have read about it in the history of the fur trade and might be able to drive through that country after I finish haying in August.I am so sorry to read of the loss of your Uncle,may he rest in peace. smith

i live colse to reed lake and the fishing there can be great for large lake trout and large pike, in hte spring it can be good for larger walleye

Thank you for your reply Cat Catcher.Is it common to catch Whitefish on hook and line ? The fishing would be only for eating while there camping. The main purpose is to see some new country and the big lakes and rivers would be the main attraction for me. smith

i dont do any fishing.
i love to eat them but last year i found out my throat closes up when i eat them now.
not fun..
i got 50lbs in my ice box that i dont know what to do with now

lol i tried making that fish oil two years back.
it did work and i did throw it all away. i found for 9.99 you can buy a big bottle of that stuff
