I am thinking of adding this product to my business next year but am a little cautious because i don't know of anyone who uses it. I was wondering about ease of installation in reality ( not their sale cd ), and its actual durability if anyone uses this product.

You need to use your real name. It is well monitored, so don't worry about your info being open to public viewing. It's a members only forum, which is why you will find info on that site that isn't being discussed or shared on open forums.
