Almost every cheese made by Osceola Cheese Company (www.osceolacheese.com) in central MO is a winner.

We can't go through that part of the world without stopping, and I never get out of there for less than 70 or 80 bucks. Favorites of mine include their Havarti 'n' Rye, Green Olive Cheddar and Hickory Smoked Green Onion. They also have good curds, both yellow and white cheddar.
