I wonder why that teacher picked you out of the whole class and decided to lie about you?
Grumpy, I've been a cop and had to testify in court, the opposite is more often the case. Everything the cop says he had better be able to substantiate.

When I was a freshmen in highschool. I was in algerbra class taking a test. It was late november and it was first class of the morning. It was snowing hard out and I couldn't believe they made us go to school. So there I sat stareing across the room looking out the window wishing I was deer hunting. Next thing I know he grabbed my paper and threw it away and sent me to office no questions period. So away I went he came in the office and we went and see principle he said I was cheating. Looking at someone elses paper. I told the principle that was crazy and to look at my paper I had not even put my name on it yet. We all went back to the room for my paper and he looked at it and didn't know what to say. So principle made me take it to study hall to do. End of period they sent us home and I went hunting. He was a bone head for sure but hey that's just one of the many you will encounter in life. Good luck and hope things go better Barkspud

When I look back ...I would LOVE to go back to about 10th grade and start over. At school you get to hang out with hundreds of other kids your own age. The biggest worry in life is "What's for lunch". Any spare time was spent chasing girls. That's all better than the Gig I going now! lol

here is the way i look at it(for my school) so what if you said it, the teacher cant prove it and it wasnt bad enough to get into trouble, my school is pretty easy going, for instance my french teacher and i always have friendly arguements about trapping as she is against trapping but you know we both end the class with a smile, no harm done

I have pretty good teachers at my school. None of them hunt but none of them are anti's. Not many are grumpy either

dude my principal is a bigtime hunter. i accidentally brought my .22 to school a while back, left it in my truck the night before and forgot about it. half way to class i remembered it, and went and told him. he just called me slightly retarted and let me check out ot go home and dropp it off, and come back. i guess im kinda lucky to live in a hicktown.

I'm sure glad I'm an EX-SCHOOL TEACHER...
You "adults" that posted to the negative about school teachers need to try it...
Everyone knows they are over-paid, given way to much money for supplies and materials, and never ever work while not on the clock... so to speak..
For you "young folks", teachers make mistakes, they are human... some have bad days, some don't care, but most do..
Enjoy school, it is the best time of your life, you may not think so now, but you will someday... and most everyone I know would tell you that they wished they had of studied harder in school than they did.... Me included...

But it isn't something that needs to be brought out in a teacher/pupil conversation... unless it pertains to the subject at hand...

Hang in there! It sucks now and whatever happens will be a pain in the rear. Some teachers are great some aren't....you found one that isn't. In the grand scheme of things its just a pain in the rear. Like said before high school doesn't last forever...for most! Most of us would trade ya problems. Consider it a learning expirience and go on. Could be a lot worse but it will get better.

Tell the truth. To you parents, to you school, to your teacher. Even if no one believes you, it does not matter. At the end of the road the only person you have to be true with is yourself. If you tell the truth and no one believes it, you still have been true to your self and your honor. Respect is not given its earned. You tell it like it truly was and you have my respect. Life aint easy and yes it sucks many many times, but you are the one that has to live with yourself. Never sell youself short, always go down the right path even when its hard.
I know its hard, but thats the way it is. Suprised it took you this long in life to find this out. Now buck up and go talk to the parents.

Today during last hour before we started class. A friend of mine were talking about who would win the boise and louisiana tech game. I noticed my teacher was wearing a louisiana tech shirt and I told him in a joking manner that tech is going to get beat. Right after that he told me to go to the office. I thought he was joking because I didnt say nothing bad at all so I started laughing! Then he said again go to the office, so I did. While in the office I told my prinicipal exactly what had happened, and he said we will go talk to your teacher after school. Once the teacher arrived in the office he said that I told a student "that Im basically going to make love tonight"!!!! I almost punched the guy right in his face I was so mad! I dont have a clue where he came up with that and all of my classmates didnt have a clue why I got into trouble either.
Monday morning I have to turn in a paper about all I had said while in class before I got into trouble. The principal will decide then if im telling the truth or not.
Yall probably don't have a care in the world, but I just had to blow off some steam. Ive had to deal with teachers like that. Most teachers are good people but sometimes you just get some bad ones and you gotta put up with them.
