Become an LLC that Leases everything from your other LLC...... located in Delaware, that has big bet to you other LLC....... located in Nevada that "owns" everything

Problem solved! You don't need insurance....."can't get blood out of a Turnip"....."or Nevada"......lol

The National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) has a group insurance program specifically designed for ADC trappers through an insurance company called Christian Baker Co. When I first needed insurance and looked at pricing, this was BY FAR the cheapest option for me, costing me about half, or even less, than what other companies charged. The membership dues of NWCOA are insignificant compared to the money you'll save with that one benefit. Also, Christian Baker's service is excellent. I call them all the time to get insurance certificates sent out to clients, and they always get it done right away, never any hassle.

As a licensed Insurance Agent/Broker/Investment Advisor one thing I learned 20 years ago is that "Professional Service Providers" such as myself, attorneys, doctors, accountants, and in many states ADC Speciallists, you can not hide behind LLCs and Corporations to avoid liability. The reason is because you are a licensed professional. Also in any state it is fairly easy for an attorney to get a judge to set aside any LLC protection if it appears it was used primaruly to avoid the purchase of reasonable liability insurance to if the claim is for carelessness.

So either buy insurance or make sure you don't have a license and/or assets to protect.
