peanut butter sandwiches may work, but tuna and sardines are your best bet unless you get into commercial baits, sorry no pics

If you have corn fields around find well used trails to them and maybe you will get one on the way to feed. Not sure what type of areas you are trapping.

Try canned Mackerel too, may be cheaper than sardines. Local fish shop should be able to set you up with some cheap heads as well

We caught 4 coons in 4 days in this bucket. Used a home made bbq sauce my wife makes.

I use either Jack Mackerel or a ear of field corn in the back of the bucket, with a tailing scent ( Fish oil ) to the bucket..!!

For sweet smelling lure I use mollases, maple surup, vanilla and ansie oil. You catch less oppossums using this also

Carp works very well. Save fish heads & etc when fishing in the summer. Salmon oil does not jell up like fish oil in cold weather.

Hey I was going to try out for 'Coon this year too...Do you guys think the 160 Conibears would work for coon? I'm trying to save myself from having to run back up to the supply shop for 220's, but I also don't want to use the 160 and wind up with live catches...

160 is definitely enough for a coon. I have caught several in them before. All dead.
