Ended up with 3 coon and 1 beaver for the first check here in Nebraska.

Sorry this picture is so far away and I can't tell you what this beaver weighed because my scale only goes up to 50 pounds.

Congrad! Seeing critters in regular traps is awsome. Love the
catch pictures. My only problem is there is always cage between
the animal and the camera lense when I take them!!! You don't
know how lucky you are!

Thanks guys, I love water trapping besides the crappy wadders that don't keep that water out and rub my skin raw but I guess it's part of it.

a few more catches like that and you can pay for a better pair of waders maybe? With me comfortable waders are a must since im in them for 4 or 5 hours at a time..

KJR,
Awesome job on the critters! Was that beaver in a snare? Cool pic's. A tip on the waders if you want one...save some money and buy a pair of neoprene waders. They won't rub and they fit like a glove. You can spend as much as you want but you might find some on sale for $75-$100. Good luck.

Yes it is in a snare, you should see the corn they've ruined they must have a dozen slides comeing from several different corn feilds, my grandpa was pretty mad when I first told him about how much corn they've ruined and that's exactly why I'm not gonna tell him that I'm gonna leave a couple in the river to breed so I have some to trap next year.

Cutmjack is right! Get some neoprene chest waders...They are amazing. I have bought a couple pairs now at $60 and $45...and they are basically brand new! Got them from ebay and this site.
