sounds good. PM me your email and i will email you a copy of the different contracts i use.. PS I always REQUIRE payment in full ufront for mole and service call jobs and half up front for bat jobs. this way there is no confusion. also i do a flat fee so i dont have to wait to get paid reguardless of what i catch.

You can get carbonless forms printed at any printing shop. Just bring a copy of your contract. You can get your back sheet in like yellow paper. They sign on the line, you take the white page, they get the copy with their signature in carbon.

I just sent this in reply to a fellow georgian but for everyone else here's mine. Please no direct copies, this for informational use only. Anyone can play with the words, heading and layout and come up with something unique.

My basic trapping service agreement. Note the provisions imdemnifying me from non targets captures and the requirement that my stuff be protected and that I am reimbursed for damage or theft also the seriousness of prosecuting trap thives and antis.

This is the magic bullet for beaver and canine control. Sell it and do the bulk of your work on the initial service then get paid to do clean up the rest of the year.

I always include a full written inspection report because I got tired of blank stares when I tried to explain verbally just where the holes are. You can also include pics if you have the laptop and printer in the truck. Pictures are indeed worth a thousand words in what we do. Down side, the client will show this to the next guy if you don't get the job so be sure to sell it. I find that this helps close the deal.

The contract for exclusion presented in the form of a proposal, no pressure sales. The customers seem to like the detail. BTW the header is missing on these and the above as they are legal sized sheets.

Basic invoive/receipt.

A daily log.

Keep a log of the details of each job. This is for your own use. Tip; keep details of all pertinent info that will help you such as the name of the clients dog and/or children. Clients likes/dislikes. All things being equal people like doing business with friends, keep book on your customers.

Keep track of the animals and what you did with them. You have an end of year report to fill out besides we are required to keep records of this.

If you decide to fool with "domestics", feral cats are still domestic under GA law. Keep solid records and they all get turned over to animal control of the county where cought, no exceptions. This one animal will cause you more grief than any other, I have the personal experience to testify to that. Many of us refuse to touch a cat for that reason.
