Why use dog food when they all prefer CAT food....

Livetrap--wild coons love dog food with fish oil on it, and to keep the mice off it, say, in a bucket/cage, hang the fishy dog food in a grape sack or section of burlap sack

Like Barkstone says, buy fish flavored cat food and avoid the fuss. (I actually find that marshmellows on sale, used with my favorite raccoon lure, is better and cheaper than either)
