WCS what can I say? this company exceeds my expectations every time, They are prompt and accurate with my orders and knowable and helpfull when I call in for more info, few days ago I placed an order for $700+ for materials and I had them the next day, maybe a fluke but I know someone did the hustle so my order could be on the NEXT truck THAT days shipping, they could have said " I will get it out on tomorrows truck" but that did not happen, and this is not the first time WCT's service has been exceptional So My Hats off to Alan Huot and WCS, they have about 95% of what I need for my ADC work so keep up the good work !

In that post I mentioned that I had ordered a chimney cap that did not take the promised 2 weeks , no , it showed up in 3 days. I also alluded to the fact that this in some ways did not surprise me. I have received many packages from WCS that came so quick it made your head spin. I have gotten a bunch of packages from WCS the next day from when I ordered them.

I have to agree they have taken GREAT care of me also.

Maybe your computer is broken. I just looked at some things about 3 minutes ago and it worked fine try again.

Seems to be working fine now. Not sure what the issue was, just showing a boken link, but all the other sites I had been to seemed to be working fine.

Here's a good example of WCS service. I received a box of Pur Black and one of the cans was missing.
Two minutes later, I got a call from Carol saying that UPS had called and said they delivered a case that was one can short, because it was damaged. I was so impressed I told her not to pay the shipping on one can, but rather wait until I placed another order for something and ship it then.
WCS stands for Wonderful, Classy, Service.

I am glad you said something. I, too, have been less thrilled than the rest of the crowd, and didn't want to "stand out" (on my own).
