All book by Charles Dobbin's are great, Russ Carman's books, Mark June's Coyote Trapping book, Slim Pedersen's books, Nick Wyshinski books. I haven't read a trapping book I didn't learn from or didn't like.

I like reading reading books that are based on stories of the authers time on the trap line. I read one so far and just really enjoyed it so am going to try to collect a few others. Anybody know of a few like this?

A modern trapline by Bob Gilsvik is kinda like that but with tips and sets also. It's a pretty good read but probably more on the instructional side....try it you might like it.

I like both of Bob Gilsvik's books. I also like Austin Passomonte's mink and muskrat trapping book as well as his High Volume Coon trapping. There are so many good books out there.
