On low it will take 9 min. 12 seconds, on high 6 min. 32 seconds, and on keep warm, 25 min. 3.5 seconds..... That's for exactlly 3.2245 pounds of 68.5 degree wax with the room temperature of 72.31 degrees. Any variation of this and the times will not be accurate. smile

PS. I have no idea!

About 60 to 90 minutes. Start it and do something else for a while, like trap tuning, adjusting pan tensions, etc. It ain't the fastest but it's very safe.

I use a crockpot exclusively and have for at least 25 years. I wouldn't be without it. If your starting with brand new wax or heating up your old wax it is going to take about 25 minutes for the wax to turn luquid. Put your trap in the wax at about 180-200 degrees. When the bubbles stop rising to the top your trap is a hot as the wax and the trap can be removed. This will take about 90 seconds per trap. I swear by this system. Shake excess wax off and hang to dry. A little tip is to use one of those fire place lighters and burn the wax off your dog and trigger.

Hmmmm, there goes another of the wives kitchen gadgets!I'm in trouble now. Love the idea. I use a large pot on a colman stove now and it works great for 2-3 traps at a time. I have one of those huge cookers, wonder how that would work?
