Im 37 and been trapping for a few years now. I live in southwest Louisiana and there is nothing fancy about me. Im just regular country folk. My 14 year old son is my trapping partner and together we have caught just about everything on land and have yet to get into water trapping. When Im not trapping, I am hunting, fishing, working my garden and water melon patch, making jelly, canning what I grow, crabbing a few times a year and cookouts. I don’t miss many meals. I live in an area with too many pine trees so I have a bad habit of planting acorns and transplanting oak trees every chance I get. I enjoy meeting other trappers and welcome anyone for a cup of coffee. Have a good day.
