Just completed a super smooth deal with grandslam. He went above and beyond to make it a smooth deal. He shipped me the traps UPS and since my mailing address is a P.O. Box and UPS only does individual deliveries to physical addresses, I shot him a PM after a week that I had still not received the traps. The next morning he personally called me and had already tracked the traps down at a nearby UPS warehouse, gave me the tracking number, and walla boom walla bang a few hours later the traps were in my hand. Oh and by the way, he purchased insurance for the shipment out of his own pocket. So no matter what, he was going to make sure he pulled through on his end of the deal. A true gentleman and class act in every way a man could be. Do business with him in utmost confidence. - Roger

I just completed a deal with JOSHG. The item was exactly as described and he is a man of his word. Definately would deal with him again anytime.
