2 #s venison cut into one inch cubes
one tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp canola oil
one large onion quartered
2 large potatoes cubed
6 carrots sliced
1/2 green pepper chopped
Biscuit dough or pie

Salt and pepper meat and sprinkle with worchestershire sauce. Brown in cooking oil. Cover with water and when water is hot add onions, potatoes, carrots and green pepper. Cook for 30 minutes adding water if necessary. Spread biscuit dough over top in suitable container and bake in a 375 degree oven until dough is well browned. Bon Appetit!
