I prefer a snare to be long enough to make the loop and the end can reach the ground. I know some guys here go 8 to 10 feet long on there yote snares.

I find that bait added to a remake is better than using lure or urine at the remake. The circle reaks of a coyote so adding bait would be more interesting to the animal IMO than lure/urine. I do the Dobbin's style remake or if its a step-down, I us

I got home on Thursday, but am waiting until Monday to start trapping. Deer season closes Nov 22. I can wait a few days to get the woods all to myself and not have to worry about getting shot.
